Nested ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it when you visit nestedbrand.com or place an order with us.

What We Collect

Order details - name, email, shipping address, and payment information, collected to process and deliver your order. Payment is handled directly by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Contact form submissions - name, email, and message, used only to respond to your enquiry.
Cookies & analytics - with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Instagram and Facebook. These record pages viewed, products added to your bag, and completed orders. Neither loads unless you accept cookies. Separately, when you complete an order our server tells Meta about the purchase (order value, products, and your email, phone, name and delivery city/postcode in hashed, non-readable form, plus your browser's user agent and IP address) so we can measure how our ads perform. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in ad measurement, whether or not you accept cookies; contact us to object.

How We Use It

We use your data solely to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share order data only with the services that need it to function - Stripe (payments) and our shipping partners - and, if you accept cookies, browsing and purchase events with Google (Analytics) and Meta (advertising). Completed orders are also reported to Meta from our server, as described above.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@nestedbrand.com.

You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or by clearing your browser's site data at any time. Essential cookies required for checkout to function cannot be disabled.
